Customers choose between a full service where our team packs, wraps and secures all items, such as kitchen items or clothing, while furniture will be disabled professionally. We collect the consignment from a house or apartment and deliver it to our warehouse, dedicated for the handling of personal belongings.
Upon request we provide strong removal boxes if you want to pack partially by yourself. If you just have some boxes, without big furniture we will co-load them in our own consolidated containers which we operate between Dubai any many European ports and vice versa. Of course, our full packing service is available for smaller units as well
Charges are billed by volume in cubic meters (cbm) or weight whichever is higher.
After receiving your inquiry we will contact you by phone or email and set up an appointment for a free and non-committal survey. Based on this inspection we will calculate the volume and you will then receive a proposed quotation.
This offer includes all estimated costs; you will be well informed of the transit time and customs requirements at origin and destination. Please book your transport as early as possible to guarantee your desired moving day(s).
At destination you can decide whether you want to discharge, unpack and deliver into your home on your own or if you select our full destination service with such services and debris.
We will take care of all customs clearance for the export and import formalities at origin and destination.
